Pets - Max 2 Allowed 
Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per pet 

Cats and dogs are welcome with no pet deposit! Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs. Exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. All city ordinances also apply.

The weight limit is 50 lbs per pet. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, American Bull Dog, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, any Wolf Hybrid, and hybrid or mix including any of these breeds.
